NRG Sports Nutrition originally launched in 2015 as a reflection of my own journey — NRG, a play on my initials, and my belief that real results come from energy you can actually sustain.

I stepped away from actively selling for years, but I never shut it down. The infrastructure stayed. The idea stayed. The values stayed.

In 2025, after becoming a dad and revisiting what kind of legacy I wanted to build, I made the decision to bring the brand back to life — intentionally and with more purpose.

When my son Noah was born, I realized his initials spelled NRG too. That reframed the brand from something I built for myself into something I was building for the future.

When Caleb was born, I didn’t want him left out of that story — but I also didn’t want to force symmetry where it didn’t belong. That’s where CNG Performance Coaching emerged.

CNG — Cognitive Neuromuscular Growth — became the bridge between nutrition and coaching: training the body, training the mind, and building systems that prioritize consistency over intensity.

Every product and every framework here reflects that philosophy.

Not shortcuts. Not hype.

Just tools and structure that support progress you can repeat.

Because the goal isn’t doing everything. It’s doing the right things — consistently.
